Pork Barbecue Class

Come learn the basics of barbecue and grilling pork from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach experts. Participants will learn how to care for the grill, marinate and spice meat, prepare cuts of pork, barbecue pork and enjoy samples. 

 

Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Course Fee: $20, all supplies included
